Why I am MIA...

I am sorry that I have been missing for the last few days, but I have been at the hospital with my Grandma. She had some internal bleeding that they have been getting under control. She received 2 blood transfusions, and lots of other meds. Barring any complications from the endoscopy tomorrow, she will be sent home tomorrow night. I hope to get back to normal by Tuesday. All prayers are appreciated! Love y'all!

Dig Drop Done...It's Bulb Time!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Bulbs. Dig, Drop, Done. for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

There is nothing I like more than flowers!  I love watching them spring into life and add to the beauty of a warm Spring morning!  My favorite way to plant flowers is to buy bulbs and let them do their magic.  There is something extra special about putting these little bulbs into the ground and watching the green sprouts pop up in the late winter and early spring.  Nothing makes my yard shake off the blah of winter better than all the beautiful daffodils and tulips that bloom in March!  The only problem I have had is choosing the correct bulbs to plant in my region of the country.  My problem has been solved when I heard about digdropdone.com.

When you visit their website, you can learn all about planting bulbs!  They also have a  tool called Garden Guru that will help you figure out which bulb is perfect for your home depending upon where you live!
Here is how to use the tool:
Step 1 – Pick your Country
Step 2 – Pick your location within that Country
Step 3 – Choose the type of bulb you want to grow
Step 4 – Check out the Planting Guide that shows you how to plant your bulbs.

Using this tool is so very easy!!  You can find all kinds of wonderful bulbs that are perfect to plant in your area!  All this information is found at Curbside Chaos.  You can also enter contest, “Bulbs. Dig, Drop, Done.”  It is an educational effort designed to excite women about the surprisingly simple beauty of flower bulbs and is giving away a $5,000 yard makeover!
o All you need to do to enter is submit a photo of your yard at CurbsideChaos.com

o Contest ends April 15th, so get your entry in TODAY!!!!!! Don't wait, enter today!

• For every share on Twitter, "Bulbs. Dig, Drop, Done." will donate $1.00 to Rebuilding Together - the nation’s leading nonprofit, working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize communities.

This is such a wonderful opportunity to make your yard everything you want it to be!!  I would flip out if I won a yard makeover!!

While you are looking around, visit www.digdropdone.com to learn more.  Make sure you watch the videos!  Find out which of the ladies you are most like!  Evelyn was my most favorite because she was so humerous about everything.  I thought it was so funny that she was going to plant the bulbs herself in the morning so she could spend the afternoon watching Roberto prune her hedges!  LOL  The moral of that story... Planting bulbs is easy, and anyone can do it!  Spend your money on the harder things in life!

Shaklee: Go Green Under Your Sink Review & Giveaway

When it comes to cleaning, I have always given my hubby any jobs that needed chemicals. He basically did all the bathroom and kitchen cleaning and I did the dusting, laundry and vacuuming. The reason he has the other jobs is that I cannot handle all the chemicals. My daughter and I have asthma and whenever I am around certain cleaning products, I have issues breathing. I had been on a search for cleaning products that were not only did a good job cleaning, but were also safe for the environment and for my family.

I felt like I hit the jackpot when I discovered Shaklee products. Shaklee products have been reviewed and endorsed for their safety by Healthy Child Healthy World. Shaklee believes that health isn't just about what you put in your body; it's about everything around you. They bring you a full line of natural and nontoxic cleaning choices that are Safe for You, Your Home, and Your Planet®called Get Clean®.

Here are some facts about Get Clean:

· No harmful fumes or hazardous chemicals.
· Outperforms 20 national leading brands.
· You would spend $3400 for ready to use cleaners to get the same amount of clean found in the Get Clean Starter Kit!*
· Features Basic H2® Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate - just 1/4 tsp. makes 16oz. of all-purpose cleaner for only 3 cents.
· And when you purchase the Get Clean Starter Kit you also make a positive impact on the planet:
· Keep 108 pounds of packaging waste from landfills.
· Eliminate 248 pounds of greenhouse gas.
* Based on comparing number of uses as set forth on product labels of conventional, ready-to-use cleaners.

I received a Shaklee's Get Clean Kit to review and I fell in love with it. All the products are wonderful, and I really love the fact that the kit had everything I needed in a concentrated form. This saved on the packaging and eliminated waste! Talk about being green! I was able to use all these products myself without any breathing issues. I loved my dish soap and detergent too!

Using the Shaklee products made me wonder...why would you ever use any product that could contain any of these chemicals: kerosene, phenols, cresol, lye, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid, petroleum distillates, ammonia, sodium hydroxide, butyl cellosolve, phosphoric acid, formaldehyde, chlorine bleach, morpholine, or phthalates? I think I'll stick with Shaklee and breathe easier!

Look under your kitchen sink to see if you find any of these ingredients in your products: kerosene, phenols, cresol, lye, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid, petroleum distillates, ammonia, sodium hydroxide, butyl cellosolve, phosphoric acid, formaldehyde, chlorine bleach, morpholine, and phthalates.

Miracle-Gro Expand n Gro Concentrated Planting Mix

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

When we moved into our new house back in October, we saw flower beds that were in desperate need of some help. The leaves and limbs had overtaken the area, but we saw potential.  The main problem with planting is that I have the worst time remembering to water them, and I rarely even think to feed them.  While I had dreams of beautiful flowers growing, I was not sure where to begin!  I did not want to plant my flowers only to kill them, so my dreams remained dormant through out the winter.  Recently I heard about Expand ‘n Gro™.  I have heard many great things about it, and I am ready to give it a try!

I am so excited to be receiving a sample of Miracle-Gro Expand 'n Gro and give it a try.  I will be planting flowers and vegetables, and the benefit of using this product that can feed my plants for up to six months is amazing to me!  The fact that the fibers hold up to 50% more water is hugely important as well!  Less worries for me!  The tomato plants are calling my name!

A Quick Breakfast #TysonBreakfast Bread Bowl Shoppertunity #CBias

We love shopping at our local Sam's Club, because they always have so many yummy items to choose from. My daughter and hubby seem to eat their way around the store, and this only seems to make their appetite larger! We normally purchase freezer items at Sam's because we can get everything in a large enough quantity that it will last throughout the week!   My daughter and all the other kids eat me out of house and home!

My family seems to constantly be on the hunt for a quick and tasty breakfast. My hubby leaves for work at around 5am, and he needs something to get him started! My teenage daughter catches her bus at 7:15am, and she wants something that is not only quick, but something that is tasty and filling! Feeding these two can cause lots of headaches! Too often they grab something that is sugary sweet and not all that healthy, then they complain about the energy crash they have before lunch.

During our recent shopping trip to Sam's Club, we were searching for the Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls! We were excited to give them a try, because we love the Tyson brand and have never been let down by any of their products!  Freezer aisles here we come!  We found the Sausage bread bowls in the breakfast section of the freezer case, and could not wait to give them a try!  My google+ shopping adventure can be found by clicking HERE!

Easy to find in the freezer section!

Take it out of the freezer!

Open the package of 2 Bread Bowls...Microwave

Allow them to stand (and Cool)

Sit back and enjoy!  My hubby loves them!!
My daughter and hubby both fell in love with the Tyson Breakfast Sausage Bread Bowls!  My daughter can just throw them in the microwave and grab them on her way out to the bus.  They are the perfect size for her to carry!  My hubby loves the fact that he can quickly grab something for breakfast that is filling and tasty!

You can learn more by visiting Tyson on Twitter and Tyson on Facebook.
