Arbor Mist FROZEN Wine Cocktails Review

My hubby and I were so excited to be sent samples of the Arbor Mist frozen wine cocktails to review.  I love all types of frozen drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic!  My hubby is more of a wine purist but he was curious as well.  We received Blackberry Merlot, Strawberry White Zinfandel, and White Pear Pinot Grigio. They come in pouches that you freeze for 5 hours, then you massage the pouch, then squeeze it into a glass.  They are more like a wine slushy than a glass of wine, but worth the try.

The Blackberry Merlot was my hubby's favorite.  He is a red wine drinker, and although this is sweeter than his usual glass of wine, he still enjoyed the richness.  He said it reminded him of a berry sangria.  The White Pear Pinot Grigio was his second favorite.  To him, the flavor was subtle with a nice crispness, and he could taste the pear.  His least favorite was the Strawberry White Zinfandel.  He said it was a little too much like candy for him.

My thoughts are a bit different.  Although the Arbor Mist frozen wine cocktails are a little on the sweet side, I thoroughly enjoyed them.  My favorite was the Strawberry White Zinfandel, then the Blackberry Merlot and lastly the White Pear Pinot Grigio.  Each of the flavors were good. There was nothing I did not like.

One of my friends came over and she shared my view!  They are a sweet treat for adults.  During the hot NC summers, they are a refreshingly cool adult beverage!
