Dramamine and New Dramamine for Kids

When I was a kid, I could ride anything and never get motion sickness.  My mom, on the other hand, always had to take Dramamine just to be able to get in a boat or on an amusement park ride.  Fast forward to my adult years and things have changed for me.  I am lucky because I do not get motion sickness from riding in a car, but if I want to ride at the amusement park, I'd better be packing Dramamine.

Several of my mom friends have children who get sick every time they ride in a car.  Years ago, parents would often cut their Dramamine in half to give their child a smaller dose.  Now, there is New Dramamine® for Kids!

Dramamine® for Kids treats symptoms on the spot, relieving nausea, dizziness and vomiting and prevents motion sickness before it happens. Moms trust Dramamine®, believe it is safe, and feel comfortable giving it to their kids. Dramamine® for Kidscomes in a safe, precise children’s dose, avoiding the need to cut adult tablets.
Motion sickness is a problem for both adults and kids alike. According to an Omnibus Study in June 2011, 34% of households with children ages 2-12, have a child with motion sickness. This is three times the rate for adult motion sickness (10% of households). Motion sickness is most prevalent in cars, followed by airplanes and boats. Typical symptoms are nausea, dizziness, and vomiting.

The only complaint my mom ever had about Dramamine was that it made her drowsy.  Guess what?  Now there is Dramamine Less Drowsy!

For adults, Dramamine® Less Drowsy relieves motion sickness symptoms with less drowsiness for up to 24 hours with only one tablet.
