Disclosure: This post is a part of the Blog Dare I am participating in for 2014. Come join us at BloggyMoms!
I've been here all night. This is something I have said over and over for the last several years. Ever since I was a teen, I have have had issues sleeping at night. I have talked to my doctors over and over. They have sent me to have sleep studies done and they have run all kinds of tests. Nothing ever shows up! Even when I feel exhausted, it takes a LOT for me to fall asleep. My brain just won't shut off!
When I was younger, I would do my homework, play games, and even clean the house at night. Around 4am, I would crash out for a few hours, then get up and go. For years, I ran on about 4 hours of sleep each night. No napping during the day occurred either! Now that I am entering my late 40s, those late nights are becoming harder on me. My energy level is not what it used to be!
At least 2-3 times a week, you'll see me online at 4 or 5 in the morning. I work on my blog posts, enter giveaways and sweepstakes, and goof around on facebook. I may not be sleeping, but I am getting a lot completed! If you see me online, stop and ask me if I've been working on my blog. My answer will be, "Yes, I've been here all night!"
How do you sleep at night? I can't seem to turn my brain off. Do you ever have that problem? Share!!

I totally have this problem. Try taking melatonin. It has been helping me a lot lately.
