A Perfect Valentine's Meal Thanks to a Kabob Skewer Set from Cave Tools

Disclosure:  We received the kabob skewer set from Cave Tools to facilitate our honest review.  The free item did in no way alter our review.

Chefy always prepares a special meal for me on Valentine's Day.  Every year it is something different and I never have any idea what it will be.  It has been everything from sushi to lasagna or maybe even a steak and lobster.  With all those tasty ideas running through my head, I anxiously awaited the meal.

Recently we received a wonderful kabob skewer set from Cave Tools and had been waiting for the right moment to use them.  The crazy winter we have been having has caused us to alter our plans several times.  The weather for our Valentine's meal was COLD, but Chefy was determined.

Let me tell you a little about this kabob set.  It contains five stainless steel kabob skewers and a kabob rack.  The skewers are FLAT and can rotate into 8 different skewer positions!  It has a universal design which enables it to work on any size grill and another huge plus is that it is dishwasher safe!

If you have ever used skewers before, you know that the round skewers allow the food to slide to the side and slip off.  Nothing stays put!  These flat skewers are prefect!  Everything stayed in place and thanks to the little built in food slider, the food is very easy to remove!

The food came out delicious and easily slid off the skewers.  I apologize for the lack of photos of the finished product, but it smelled so yummy, I forgot!

If you are interested in purchasing this kabob skewer set, you can order them from Amazon or from the Cave Tools website.  You can save 15% off your purchase right now by using the following code: LHWJZQMZ5 when shopping at Amazon.

I would love to try skewers at a BBQ. Looking forward to the Spring to go to some BBQ parties. My daughter and I love to put veggies on BBQ's and they would be great on skewers.

I have never tried kabobs. This would be an easy way to give them a try though.

Kabobs is a project I'm adding to our grilling times this summer! Walmart has premade vegetables ones that look so yummy!
