The Happy Helpers are on their way! |
Summer is quickly coming to an end and I have been trying to provide the kids with some fun new activities and DVDs to watch. Our summer has not been the most exciting because I have been spending a lot of time helping take care of my grandma. With the start of school being less than 2 weeks away, I am trying to make these last two weeks memorable.
My family consists of Disney fanatics! We love all the characters, but the girls and I hold a very special place for Minnie Mouse in our hearts! The first stuffed character that Kat ever received was Minnie Mouse, and I carried that tradition on with the other girls. When we were offered the chance to review Minnie's Happy Helpers, we jumped at the chance.
Here is a bit about the DVD:
When Minnie and Daisy aren’t racing around Hot Dog Hills, they’re helping their friends with fun, odd jobs as The Happy Helpers. And no task is too big or too small for them to tackle! With a quick spin in their Turn-Styler, the Happy Helpers are ready for anything that comes their way. Whether they’re babysitting an egg that’s about to hatch, planning the perfect luau for a client, or fixing London’s Big Ben just in time for tea, Minnie and Daisy are ready to go the extra mile, with a song and a smile!

Our Thoughts:
The girls and I really enjoyed the DVD. Since it is over an hour in length, it did take multiple plays for us to watch the entire thing. Pickle and Pistol chose different episodes as their favorites, but both agreed that it was AWESOME! The episodes are set up for the Disney Junior crowd, but even Kat and I enjoyed watching them, They were not too "babyish" as Pickle was worried about. This DVD includes a FREE exclusive customizable Happy Helpers Chart too!
Due to circumstances beyond my control, this review is late. The good news is that this DVD has already been released! If your kids are Disney fans, we recommend this to them! This is a wonderful way to spend time with your kids and give them something special to watch!
